General conditions

Because of our production method with natural dyes it is possible that with abundant UV - light, moisture and high temperatures some slight colour change can occur.

Scarves and cushion covers can be hand washed on 30 C, wool wash and soft soap as used for wool or silk. If stained it is best is to give a rinse beforehand. The velvet will look like new if after spin drying is tumble dried at low temperature. Take directly out of tumble dryer when ready.

Right of return

You have the right to return within 14 days of arrival of your goods. All purchases of ready made products will be reimbursed after the goods have safely arrived back. You must return within 14 days of purchase. Please send an email to let us know. It is not a problem if goods are crinkled but they should not be damaged. (stained or torn).
The cost of returning the products will not be reimbursed. Your money will be transferred to your bank-account from where you paid initially within one week after receiving the undamaged returned articles. There is no right of return on special commissions.

Delivery
Goods will be send with Dutch post with track and trace within Holland. Abroad they need to be signed on receipt.
Your purchase will be send within 5 days of receiving your payment.
